  We have had a positive experience at Uncle Bob's primarily as a result of the excellent assistance provided to us by April O'Carroll. April has been friendly, courteous and professional in each of our encounters, especially when difficulties arose with snow and locks. April is truly an asset to this facility.
  
  We have now finished our rental and vacated the space. The manager, April, made the contract termination process easy. This is the first time we ever rented storage space. April was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly throughout. Life Storage f/k/a Uncle Bob's was a great choice due in large part to the efforts of it's manager
