  Guy is a completely incompetent , destroyed my smile and then wanted another 5,000 to fix it some more.

  STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Also look into his records in NJ. Takes advantage of people for pure profit.
  
  PS. Match your records in NJ not to me, where you have several patient lawsuits against you. FRAUD!
