- George MillsMay, 07 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Whereas I cannot review Dr. Famiglietti himself, as I did not see him, I can review his receptionist woman, Maura, who told me to "find another dentist" when I questioned treatment options (this was AFTER some work was performed.) I wonder how Dr Famiglietti would feel had he known she just turned away a patient and ultimately their entire family. A patient has rights, and those rights include asking questions regarding treatments and billing until you are satisfied with an acceptable answer. Dental advice from a RECEPTIONIST is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I will say, however, that the dentist I did see (not Dr. Famiglietti but a young woman) was very friendly and accommodating. The demeanor of the receptionist was extremely unprofessional to say the least, and that's who you need to go through to get to the dentist.
